Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support an individual in Catrine, Scotland. You will work three shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), typically 10am–5pm, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation while promoting independence and dignity.

The role requires a female caregiver who is a driver, with a compassionate approach, reliability, and motivation to help Susie live her best life.

Qualifications

• Must be female and driver.
• Experience supporting adults in the community preferred.
• Reliable, caring and motivated to help people live independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to help individuals live independently.
• Assist with personal care and wellbeing.
• Support medication administration where required.
• Assist with moving and handling.
• Help with daily living tasks and household activities.
• Accompany to appointments and social activities.
• Promote choice, independence, and inclusion in the community.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to achieve personal outcomes.
