Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking dedicated Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to help people with learning disabilities live full, independent lives in their own homes. You will support with daily tasks, assist with personal care, and help build social connections in the community.

Shifts run 7am-2pm or 3pm-9pm, with full training provided. This is a varied, rewarding role within a friendly, inclusive team that values the people we support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
• Support moving and handling as required
• Administer medication as trained
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Encourage social activities and community engagement
