Compass Disability Services is seeking a part-time support worker to assist a 19-year-old in accessing the community and developing life skills in Brompton, England. The role includes transport assistance, visits to local venues, and fostering independence.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be reliable and discreet, and enjoy working with young adults. DBS check and right-to-work in the UK may be required; driving preferred with own car and business insurance.

We support people with a disability or long-term health condition to live independently and retain control of their lives within the community. We are not the person that you will work for. You will work for the individual or family that we are supporting.
4 hours per week with the possibility of increasing over time. Available to work some evenings and some weekends if required.
Pay: £16.46 per hour.
Self - Employed £13.96 per hour employed.
