An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cambridgeshire’s Chief Officer Team as Personal Assistant to the CFO and Director of Resources, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to assist with their local, regional, and national policing commitments.
The CFO And Director Of Resource’s Portfolio Includes
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy office, good all-round IT skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively is essential. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality regarding all types of information. Diary management experience is crucial, particularly managing a busy diary. The role involves supporting several boards by managing agendas and papers, producing minutes, and tracking actions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at a senior secretarial level and working independently.
