The Opportunity
The Barnet Group is looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistants/ Care Companions to support individuals in the diverse and vibrant communities of Barnet. In this casual role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours that suit your schedule.
Whether you’re a student, a parent, or looking for additional income, this role offers a balance of purpose and flexibility.
As a Care Companion, you’ll play an essential role in helping people live as independently as possible. You’ll assist with:
• Daily activities at home, such as food preparation and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment
• Administrative tasks and attending appointments or social events
• Shopping or running errands
• Occasionally providing personal care or looking after pets
You will connect with individuals on a personal level and help them live life their way. Many of our current team members say this role is not just a job but a source of fulfilment and pride.
