Job summary

Enable is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) in Lanark, Scotland. This role offers 36 hours per week within an award-winning social care charity, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes.

As a Personal Assistant, you may assist with personal care, moving and handling and positive behavioural support, while helping to expand social networks and connections. You will join a bespoke team focused on safety, wellbeing and aspirations.

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enableby making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be!

Each person we support has different support requirements, so your support worker role may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
