Location: Stoke-on-Trent + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

Are you a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our Head of Business Markets in Sales and the Head of Business Care, Billing, and Collections within Vodafone Business.

In this role you will

  • Set up and manage regular and ad-hoc meetings, including scheduling and rescheduling diaries for senior management
  • Organise and manage travel arrangements and department-wide events
  • Provide administrative support, including creating & maintain organisation charts and drafting PowerPoint presentations, as well as supporting the wider team with admin tasks
  • Provide agenda consolidation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings, ensuring required information and documentation is available prior to all meetings. Assemble meeting packs if required
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with peers and their PAs/DAs, ensuring consistent and professional communication


Who You Are

  • Proven experience of supporting at Director level, within a large complex organisation
  • Highly proficient secretarial skills including MS office with an emphasis on PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills with an ability to constantly re prioritise
  • Confident and engaging communication and influencing skills with an ability to push back when required
  • A flair for concise and relevant report/ brief generation
  • Builds effective relationships and breaks down barriers
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Passionate about technology with the ability to embrace new technologies and ways of working in the day to day
