Requirements:

• £12.50 per hour
• Up to 14 hours per week, including weekends (10 am - 12 noon)
• Health and Social Care experience, ideally with Personal Care
• Experience with the elderly is an advantage but not essential
• Own transport required due to rural location
• Job share considered; suitable for those fitting in with the school run
• Post subject to a satisfactory PVG check

About the role:

Support an elderly lady with dementia, living with her family in a rural setting, by helping her to get up mid-morning, shower, dress, and settle for the day.

Rosemary is mostly reclusive, speaks very little, but will smile and respond to simple questions once comfortable. She appreciates routine, familiarity, and predictability to feel secure.
