Job summary

Young Foundations Ltd is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO and Managing Director across both organisations. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare briefs and reports, and act as a trusted first point of contact.

This full-time role requires discretion, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Support projects and business initiatives with data collation and reporting.

Personal Assistant to CEO and Managing Directors

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours, Permanent

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Mental Health Care UK and Young Foundations are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Young Foundations and the Chief Executive Officer across both organisations.

This is a key role within the executive function, providing high-level support to ensure the smooth and effective coordination of senior leadership activity. You will play an integral part in managing priorities, facilitating communication and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives across the organisation.

The Role
  • Providing comprehensive executive, administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Managing Director
  • Managing complex and fast-paced diaries, ensuring effective prioritisation of competing demands
  • Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and circulating documentation
  • Producing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing materials
  • Acting as the first point of contact, managing emails, calls and correspondence
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting Board and Executive meetings, including minute-taking and tracking actions
  • Organising travel, itineraries and logistical arrangements
  • Supporting projects and business initiatives, including data collation and reporting
About You

You will be an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is confident supporting senior leaders. You will be proactive, highly organised and able to work with discretion at all times.

You will demonstrate:
