TFAS Enterprises in Leeds is seeking an organised Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the CEO and Group Chairman. You'll manage diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and help ensure their day-to-day commitments run smoothly.

Headquartered in Central Leeds our Group comprises TFAS Wealth, Inzuzo and TFAS Compliance Services. Together, we help thousands of consumers across the UK access quality financial advice, whilst also providing specialist services to businesses across the financial services sector.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our CEO and Group Chairman. This is a varied role at the heart of the business, offering a great opportunity for someone with previous PA or administrative support experience to develop their career. You'll play an important role in supporting two busy senior leaders, managing their diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, keeping track of actions and priorities, and helping to ensure their day-to-day commitments run smoothly.
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. Occasional flexibility may be required outside of normal working hours, along with some travel within the UK as required.
You’ll ideally have some previous experience working as a PA, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
