The role will be a key support for the Directors of the People, Property, and Procurements Function, providing high-quality business and administrative support services. This position involves varied responsibilities and necessitates the development of strong relationships with senior managers across the Bupa organisation. Additionally, the role requires managing issues with political sensitivity and handling information confidentially in relation to internal stakeholders.
Howyou’llhelpusmakehealthhappen;
Pro-actively provide a full confidential administrative support service on behalf of the Directors, including diary and email management, meeting support, expenses, and travel coordination.
Play a role in supporting confidential business activities.
Support the People, Property, and Procurement Function Executive PA team by always ensuring appropriate support and cover to Directors.
Ability to continually prioritise a variety of matters as they arise and handle them with full confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. Plan in advance to ensure deadlines are met
Be a people person who embodies and lives the Bupa values in every interaction.
KeySkills/Qualificationsneededforthisrole:
PA experience at Director/senior level.
Confident in high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and communication.
