(d27aef04) I am a 50-year-old woman with cerebral palsy and traits of Autism. I value details and stability, and I have lived alone since 18, supported by a PA for 16 years to maintain independence. I can walk with aid, but my mobility has declined. I may need assistance taking walks in my wheelchair, especially in good weather.

I tend to repeat myself, which can be challenging; I need a patient and understanding PA. I am kind, honest, and friendly, and I sometimes need help with dressing, especially socks and shoes. I enjoy writing cards and love music and singing, participating in a women's choir weekly.

I require support with exercises, possibly applying pain relief, and assistance with errands like shopping, especially when weather is bad. I value honesty, reliability, punctuality, and a good sense of humor. Understanding of Cerebral Palsy and/or brain damage is essential. Due to the nature of the role, female applicants aged 40+ are preferred. My home is non-smoking.

Services include meal prep, personal, domestic, social activities, and support for independence. Training includes an essential PA guide, safeguarding, and moving & handling, with specific focus on Autism/Aspergers.

The schedule involves 10 hours per week, with pay at £11.44/hr. The weekly hours are distributed across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and possibly overnight shifts.
