Are you an exceptional organiser with a passion for delivering outstanding executive support? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive PA to provide confidential, high-level administrative and executive support to the Principal. This pivotal role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, governors, external stakeholders, and visitors while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Principal's office.

Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old’s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre in 2024.

This exciting and innovative new learning environment is located within the grounds of the current college site, so remains convenient for public transport links – it is adjacent to the A316 and just a short walk from Twickenham rail station and a number of regular London bus routes.
