Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a Personal Advisor to support care-experienced young people through crucial transitions toward independence. You will build meaningful relationships, help develop and review Pathway Plans, and keep the young person's voice at the center of decisions.

• Manage your own caseload and advocate to remove barriers to opportunity.
