Job summary

Cheshire East Council is recruiting a Personal Advisor to support care leavers aged 16 to 25 across Cheshire East. Based in Crewe, you will build trusted relationships, help them develop skills, confidence and resilience to live independently and achieve goals.

The role sits within the Care Leavers Team, offering a salary of £32,578 – £35,570 per annum and opportunities to work with social workers, housing providers, health professionals and partner agencies to improve outcomes in education,
