Parkes Personnel Ltd is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk and existing business, earning 20% commission from your first placement and working three days from home.

You'll join a small, highly experienced permanent recruitment team with ambitious plans to grow and a client base across the wider business. Build your own client base, manage end-to-end recruitment, and work toward a £100k billing target.

Formación

• Solid permanent recruitment experience.
• Able to develop new business and manage existing accounts.
• Comfortable running your own desk with minimal supervision.
• Interest in generalist recruitment across multiple verticals.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Take over a warm desk and existing business.
• Build your own client base through business development.
• Manage the full permanent recruitment process.
• Develop relationships with clients across the wider business.
• Attract, interview and manage candidates.
• Recruit roles from Administrators to Engineers, Production Managers and General Managers.
• Work toward an individual billing target of 100k.

Take over existing business, earn 20% commission from your first placement and work from home three days a week as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant. If you're an experienced recruiter who wants the freedom to run your own desk without being micromanaged, this could be a very good move.

You'll be joining a small, highly experienced permanent recruitment team with an established client base and ambitious plans to grow.

The Role
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Take over a warm desk and existing business initially
• Build your own sustainable client base through business development
• Manage the full permanent recruitment process
• Develop relationships with existing clients across the wider business
• Attract, interview and manage candidates
• Work across a broad range of permanent vacancies rather than one narrow specialism
• Recruit roles ranging from Administrators through to Engineers, Production Managers and General Managers
• Work towards an individual billing target of 100k

About You
This Permanent Recruitment Consultant opportunity would suit someone who:

• Has solid permanent recruitment experience
• Enjoys business development as well as managing existing accounts
• Is confident building and developing their own desk
• Likes the variety of generalist recruitment rather than being tied to one vertical
• Can manage their workload without needing close supervision
• Wants flexibility but still enjoys being part of an experienced team
• Is looking for somewhere they can build for the longer term
