Halton Borough Council in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Streetworks Licensing Officer within the Policy, Planning and Transportation directorate. You will manage highway activity licences, issue permits, and compile enforcement-ready reports, working closely with highways teams and external agencies.

Our Team:

The Streetworks Department is responsible for co-ordinating, regulating, and overseeing all works carried out on public highways, streets, and footpaths. This includes both planned and emergency works undertaken by utility companies, contractors, and internal teams. The department ensures that such works are executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to the public and surrounding environment.

Your Contributions:you will be expected to:
