Job summary

Senovo is recruiting for a permanent SEN Teaching Assistant role in Bromley. You will support pupils with SEND in classroom, 1:1 and small-group settings, following individual plans and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Experience in SEND is valued. Level 2/3 TA qualifications are desirable; QTS is not required. Appointments are subject to standard safer-recruitment checks, references and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a school or SEND environment is valued.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable.
• QTS is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND through classroom, 1:1 and small-group work.
• Follow individual plans and contribute to safe, inclusive learning.
• Assist with lesson delivery and behavior support as directed by staff.
