About the Role:

  • This position is ideal for a passionate and self-motivated RVN who wants to work within a dynamic hospital environment alongside a dedicated Small Animal Team. Working Pattern:

  • This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) worked over 4 or 5 weekdays.
  • Participation in the OOH weekend rota (1:6) is required. However, there are no mid-week night shifts as these are covered by a dedicated team of Night Nurses.

In the past, many of their nurses have completed additional qualifications, fully sponsored by the practice.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated, with strong use of initiative.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high standards of care.
  • A UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
  • IT literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

What They Offer:

  • Competitive salary starting at £28,000 p/a (based on experience).
  • 5.6 weeks of holiday entitlement, increasing with the length of service.
  • Funded RCVS membership.

  • Free healthcare cash plan, flu jab, and Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Enhanced sick pay, maternity policy, and family benefits.
  • Dedicated career pathway with mentorship and opportunities for growth.
  • Thriving employee well-being initiatives, including team events, well-being campaigns, and energy boxes for those low-sugar moments.
