Team: The nurse team is the largest in their two locations, with 30 talented team members ranging from 18 years since qualification to SVNs.

Role & Duties

Seeking talented RVNs or SVNs to work across both locations. Responsibilities include rotating between wards, theatres, and consultations, managing an abundant and intriguing caseload, with a balanced rota to ensure work/life balance.

• Flexible rota options to suit individual needs.
• Shifts include early (6:45 am - 3:45 pm), core (8:30 am - 5:30 pm), mid (9 am - 6 pm), and late (10 am - 7 pm).
• One in 5 weekends, with days off scheduled accordingly.
• Night rotation between 7.00 pm and 7.00 am, typically 4 nights over 10 weeks.
• Night shift exemption during college term time for development.

Salary & Benefits

The salary ranges from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, with an additional £3,000 night shift allowance.
