Responsibilities

• Deburr machined components in accordance with drawings and instructions.
• Carry out finishing operations including drilling, countersinking, chamfering, tapping, trimming, polishing and edge breaking.
• Use hand and power tools to achieve required finishes.
• Inspect and measure components using calipers, gauges and inspection fixtures.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications; handle parts with care.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment and follow PPE rules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team activities.
• Assist with overtime requirements when production demands require.
