West Northamptonshire Council is recruiting three permanent Education Rangers to deliver outdoor learning sessions to schools and groups at Everdon Outdoor Learning Centre and the surrounding parks. These roles are annualised hours: 4.42 hours per week, 230 hours per year, with travel between Daventry and Brixworth Country Parks.

You will promote environmental awareness and work outdoors in all weathers. A UK driving licence is required.

Formación

• Must enjoy working outdoors with groups.
• Experience delivering activity sessions.
• Good general knowledge of natural history.
• Able to work in all weather and independently.
• Hold a current UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outdoor learning sessions to school groups and visitors.
• Promote environmental awareness and the physical/mental benefits of nature.
• Travel between sites if required.
