Job summary

You will work with upper KS2 and younger learners, creating engaging experiences aligned with our environmental ambitions and ensuring visits are inspiring and meaningful.

Qualifications

• Background in environmental studies.
• Experience delivering high-quality learning experiences.
• Passion for outdoor and environmental education and inspiring children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the environmental learning provision at Runway's End Outdoor Centre and shape its future direction.
• Mentor and train instructors and tutors through hands-on teaching and environmental education training.
• Develop an innovative blended environmental learning platform and integrate it with the centre's programs.
• Deliver exceptional environmental education and outdoor learning experiences that spark curiosity and build confidence.
