Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting a Permanent Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) for nurseries in East Grinstead and Forest Row. You will provide high-quality EYFS learning experiences within a nurturing team and act as a Key Person to support children's development.

This full-time, permanent role offers stability, defined hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday), opportunities for progression from Level 2 to Level 3 and beyond, and a comprehensive benefits package including training, holidays,

Qualifications

• Requires Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Looking for a long-term permanent role with growth opportunities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for early years education and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication skills and team-player attitude.
• Enhanced DBS check is required (assistance available).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, creative learning experiences in line with EYFS.
