Senior Social Worker - MASH Team - Northamptonshire

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of Northamptonshire Children's Trust for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their busy Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic service that plays a vital role in protecting children and young people.

Responsibilities
  • You'll provide high-quality casework decisions and operational supervision on referrals, ensuring children's safety is assessed within 24 hours.
  • Work collaboratively with MASH partners, sharing information and expertise to identify risk early.
  • Ensure that the voice of the child is central in every decision.
  • Support excellence in practice, with clear opportunities for professional development.
About You
  • Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Front Door/MASH service (post-ASYE).
  • Strong decision-making skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.
  • Passionate about safeguarding children and driving positive outcomes for families.
