You will work with children aged 0-5, providing quality care, planning activities, observing development and documenting learning journeys in line with EYFS principles and safeguarding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in a nursery or early years environment.
• Passion for supporting young children's development.
• Caring, enthusiastic, patient and reliable.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Good communication with children, parents and professionals.
• Team player and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5.
• Support learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.

• Promote development across social, emotional, physical and educational areas.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care, education and support to children aged 0-5.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.


• Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years environment.


• Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.


• Be caring, enthusiastic, patient and reliable.


• Have a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.


• Be confident communicating with children, parents and other professionals.


• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.


• Be committed to providing the highest standard of care and education.
