Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Factory Operatives for a permanent, full-time day role in Plymouth, Devon. The position offers development opportunities, a 40-hour week and shifts Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm, with a £12.71 per hour rate and on-site parking.

You will work across all areas of food production and packaging, ensuring high standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food factory, production, manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high standards.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and manual handling capability, lifting up to 15 kg.
• Good English and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of food production and packaging operations to produce premium food products to the highest standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• The role is physically demanding, requiring extended periods on your feet and regular manual handling.
