Job summary

Meridian is seeking a Permanent Electrician to join a growing M&E contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects across the UK. You will install, inspect, test and maintain electrical building services on site while travelling nationwide.

The role offers a starting salary of £40k–£42k with potential for overtime, paid travel and accommodation when working away from home, plus a strong benefits package including pension, health insurance and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Gold JIB card is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required with ability to travel nationwide.
• Experience on commercial/industrial projects such as offices, retail, fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test and maintain electrical building services on commercial projects across the UK.
• Safely sign off electrical work to a high standard.

• 2391 Testing Qualification is desirable but NOT essential
• Previous experience 1st and 2nd fixing commercial and industrial projects such as offices, retail, fit outs etc.
• Full UK Driving Licence (there will be travel involved in this role)
• Ability to work nationwide
