Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an Electrician to cover predominately Essex, with occasional London and Kent work. The successful candidate will look after sites in Luton and surrounding areas, performing service, maintenance, remedials, testing and small installations on various contracts including schools and public sector.

Typical duties include PPM, testing, wiring, sockets, lighting and power installations, with OT rates in the range of 1.5x–2x.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3/4 years in a similar role.
• 18th edition qualification required/preferred.
• 2391 Test and Inspection (Advantageous).
• NVQ/C&G Level 3 (Preferred).
• Am2 (Advantageous).

Our client is the chosen facilities maintenance provider to a variety of public sector, commercial and industrial contracts.

The chosen engineer will be looking after sites in Luton and the surrounding areas conducting service, maintenance, remedials, testing and small installations. With majority of their management team progressing up from an engineer level, the company has a proven track record of investing their engineers and promoting within.
