Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of children and families and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver services.
• Conduct statutory visits and reviews to monitor progress.
• Facilitate family meetings and capture children’s views.
• Maintain accurate case records in line with statutory requirements.
