Job summary

Dream Medical Limited is seeking a full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a GP surgery in Buckinghamshire. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £45k, plus a range of benefits including the NHS pension.

The successful candidate will assess and manage patient care, diagnose and plan treatments, and prescribe and review medications, while supporting patients to maintain healthier lifestyles. UK registration with NMC and prescriber qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with post-registration experience in A&E and/or primary care.
• Nurse Practitioner qualification would be an advantage.
• Nurse Prescriber qualification is essential.
• Minor Illness qualification is desirable.

Full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner urgently required for a Practice in the Aylesbury area

Dream Medical is working with a Practice in the Aylesbury area who urgently require full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly team. Your key responsibilities would be to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatments and care for patients. You would clinically examine and assess patients from a psychological and physiological perspective, prescribe and review medication as well as supporting patients to adopt healthier living.

The ideal candidate would be a UK registered nurse with post registration experience in A &E and/or Primary Care, Nurse Practitioner qualification would be an advantage and the Nurse Prescriber qualification is essential along with a qualification in Minor Illness. You would be self-motivated, positive and committed and registered with the NMC.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours, salary is up to £45K dependent on experience. A full range of benefits are on offer including NHS pension.
