Job summary

Dream Medical Limited is seeking a full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a GP surgery in Buckinghamshire. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £45k, plus a range of benefits including the NHS pension.

The successful candidate will assess and manage patient care, diagnose and plan treatments, and prescribe and review medications, while supporting patients to maintain healthier lifestyles. UK registration with NMC and prescriber qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with post-registration experience in A&E and/or primary care.
• Nurse Practitioner qualification would be an advantage.
• Nurse Prescriber qualification is essential.
• Minor Illness qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatments and care for patients.
• Clinically examine and assess patients from psychological and physiological perspectives.
• Prescribe and review medications and support patients to adopt healthier living.
