Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion for equality and diversity, with ability to work with ethnic minority pupils.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to relate to a wide range of people.
• Ability to work in a team and independently within service priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support children directly in schools across the age and ability range.
• Apply current learning support strategies for EAL, GRT and asylum/refugee pupils.
• Work as part of a peripatetic team within the local authority to improve outcomes.
