Zusammenfassung

Keane Premier Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Registered Nurse to provide flexible cover across six care homes. You will lead shifts, assess and plan care, and work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role is permanent with shifts across 8am–8pm and 8pm–8am, travelling between Cambuslang, Rutherglen, Mount Vernon and East Kilbride to meet operational needs.

Qualifikationen

• Current NMC registration with an active Nursing PIN.
• Minimum of one year's post-registration nursing experience.
• Care home nursing experience is desirable.
• Excellent clinical assessment, medication management and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel between six care homes across the region.

Aufgaben

• Work flexibly across Keane Premier Healthcare's six care homes according to needs.
• Lead shifts and provide clinical leadership within the service.
• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Safely administer medications and treatments per standards and policies.
• Monitor health and wellbeing, recognise deterioration and act appropriately.
• Complete assessments, care plans, reviews and risk assessments for individuals.
