Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking Registered Nurses for night (20 hours) and day (36 hours) shifts in our care homes in Scotland, including Falkirk. Roles feature flexible hours with a strong emphasis on compassionate, person-centred care and teamwork.

You will have a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months' experience in Health or Social Care, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to student supervision, while upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN and current registration.
• Minimum 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to support colleagues and students.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care to Residents.
• Support and mentor colleagues and student nurses in practice.
• Ensure safeguarding and standards of practice are met.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver care plans.
