Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN) to travel across the region, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care in each location. You will settle new residents, develop care plans, and assess needs with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring qualification, with full-time hours (48/36) and shifts from 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Formación

• Must be an RN with valid NMC registration.
• Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks (med administration, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, NMC standards).
• Experience developing care plans and risk assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality care across locations.
• Assist with settling new residents, develop tailored care plans, and assess physical and mental needs.
• Travel across region to care homes; manage shifts and ensure consistent high standards of care.
