Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Peripatetic Service Manager to lead across a portfolio of CQC-registered specialist homes and supported living services in the South of England. The role requires a valid UK NMC pin, Level 5 Health and Social Care Leadership & Management Diploma (or equivalent), and proven experience in brain injury and complex needs care.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, staff development, and regulatory compliance with regular travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Valid UK NMC Pin and active nursing qualification.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing CQC-registered services, supported living, or specialist care homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple CQC-registered services and specialist homes, ensuring outstanding person-centred care
• Provide hands‑on support, mentorship, and development to home managers across your area
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, performance management, and regulatory compliance
• Manage budgets and financial systems to support effective service delivery
• Develop and review care plans for adults with complex needs and acquired brain injuries
• Coach and mentor staff to build positive, inclusive, and high‑performing teams
