Job summary

The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Team Administrator to work within the Perinatal Safety Improvement Team (Maternity & Neonatal Services).

You will provide a confidential administration service and support achievement of key performance indicators under NHS 3- and 10-Year Plans, including meeting planning, minute-taking, data gathering for audits and guideline management.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential admin support to the Perinatal Safety Improvement Team and assist with KPI delivery.
• Coordinate meetings, diary management, and minute-taking for workstream and programme meetings.
• Obtain data from multiple sources to facilitate audits and guideline management, ensuring attention to detail.
• Contribute to staff and service user engagement surveys.
