Overview

Are you a Performing Arts graduate looking to use your creativity, energy, and communication skills to inspire the next generation? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across South Liverpool in a variety of Full Time roles.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience, develop your skills, and make a real difference in children's education while considering a future career in teaching or education.

The Role
  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in their learning.
  • Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Use your creativity and performing arts background to engage pupils in lessons and activities.
  • Help to manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support.

  • Experienced in working with children (through schools, youth groups, drama workshops, or similar roles).
