Job summary

Experis is seeking a Tester to join our UK team for a 12-month engagement in Manchester or London, with approximately three days onsite per week (some weeks may be five days). The role focuses on designing and executing performance tests, analysing results, and driving improvements across enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive performance testing experience, proficiency with JMeter, and familiarity with CI/CD practices, agile delivery, and service-based architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience performing performance testing on enterprise-scale applications.
• Ability design and execute load, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Experience analysing performance metrics and making tuning recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test plans and scenarios.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and client teams to understand requirements.
• Analyse application performance and identify bottlenecks and capacity issues.
• Develop automated performance test scripts and frameworks.
