The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, enjoy data-driven problem solving, and will work with cross-functional teams to support development and validation of Caterpillar products.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering teams to develop and execute projects.
• Accountable for delivering timely, high-quality simulation and analysis impacting new products.
• Partner with design, manufacturing, supply chain and test teams to robustly deliver new and improved products.
• Keep up-to-date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques.
