Job summary

England Rugby is seeking a Warehouse & Equipment Manager to join the Performance Rugby team. Based in the UK, you will oversee storage, distribution and lifecycle of rugby performance equipment to support training and match activities.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in logistics, and collaboration with multiple teams, including procurement and commercial. This is a permanent, full-time role with 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or equipment management.
• Strong organisational and inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
• Experience in elite sport or rugby environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: manage day-to-day operations of storage facilities and ensure safe, organised storage.
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across all programmes.
• Oversee stock control, audits, reordering and asset lifecycle management.
• Coordinate preparation, packing and distribution of equipment for camps, matches, tours and travel.
• Manage inbound/outbound freight and calendar for the department kit van.
• Support venue set-ups, kit delivery tracking and supplier communication.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance in warehouse operations.
• Provide regular updates to operations and performance stakeholders.
