This is a great job for someone experienced in financial performance management, ready to take on an exciting role involving preparing financial reports and budgets, conducting complex variance analysis, and communicating findings to senior management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with various departments and providing professional financial guidance.

A bit about the job:

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining financial models and forecasts, analyzing financial data, and providing in-depth insights to support decision-making. You will prepare financial reports and presentations on key performance indicators, financial statements, and other metrics. Additionally, you will perform ad-hoc financial analysis, maintain financial dashboards and databases, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Collaboration with other departments, providing financial guidance, and staying updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements are key aspects. Your work will support delivering good customer outcomes and achieving the business’s financial objectives.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Full accounting qualification preferred – i.e., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to motivate change, manage stakeholders, and influence
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn
