Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Performance & Quality Administrator for the Paediatrics team in Taunton. You will provide essential admin, performance and quality support to the PQ Manager and leadership teams within Paediatrics and CAMHS.

In this role you will manage meetings, compile data, produce dashboards and assist with audits and service improvement projects, ensuring high standards of patient care and confidentiality.

Formación

• At least three years' administrative experience.
• Experience with handling sensitive information.
• Experience in NHS or healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience in data collation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive admin support to the Performance & Quality teams.
• Coordinate meetings, diary management, agendas/papers, minutes and actions.
• Maintain performance, quality, governance trackers with deadlines and risks.
• Collate, validate and present data for reports and monitoring.
• Prepare reports, newsletters, dashboards and infographics.
• Support audits, surveys and service improvement projects.
• Act as a contact for performance and quality queries.
• Maintain electronic records and compliant filing.
• Support recruitment admin and induction activities.
• Contribute to development of admin and governance processes.
