THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our Brand & Content team to test and refine creative assets, run A/B and multivariate tests to boost performance, and use data to uncover opportunities for improved user experience and conversion. With a focus on continuous optimisation, you’ll track website analytics, identify conversion bottlenecks, support CRO initiatives with external developers, and maintain dashboards that clearly visualise performance metrics. Your insights and recommendations will help drive smarter decisions and maximise our digital marketing impact.

This is more than just a marketing role, it’s a chance to apply your digital expertise to drive real-world impact. By optimising high-performance campaigns and uncovering actionable insights, you'll help amplify climate solutions that reduce carbon emissions, improve lives, and protect ecosystems. Join a mission-driven team where your analytical skills contribute directly to turning climate ambition to impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Content team to test and optimise ad creatives and messaging.

  • Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and create actionable strategies for improving on-site user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers (third party) to implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
  • Set up and maintain dashboards to visualize user journeys, KPIs, and conversion flows.
  • Collaborate with sales/rev ops to track lead quality, lead-to-MQL rate, and campaign-level ROI.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
