About Kasha

Kasha is a global platform designed to empower small business owners, solopreneurs, and freelancers by providing an all-in-one tool to start, run, and grow their businesses. We address the inefficiencies of fragmented tools and multiple subscriptions by offering a seamless solution that integrates company formation, banking, invoicing, client management, website building, and more.

Role Overview

We are looking for an in-house Performance Marketing Specialist to join our UK-based team and play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven performance campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on with digital platforms, and passionate about building scalable marketing systems that power customer growth for a high-potential SaaS business.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, programmatic, and affiliate. You will work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to maximize ROI and ensure our digital marketing efforts directly support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute all performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate, etc.) for both web and mobile.
  • Plan and manage paid acquisition budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance data to optimize spend and drive conversions.
  • Design and run A/B tests to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user flows with campaign objectives.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking and attribution using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
  • Proactively identify fraud risks in acquisition campaigns and take measures to mitigate them.
  • Explore and recommend new performance channels to expand reach efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards on campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Data Studio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a strong quantitative foundation.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing in-house acquisition campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta reporting tools).
  • Understanding of mobile acquisition strategies and common fraud prevention practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO/ASO fundamentals is a plus.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Creative thinker who can balance performance with brand tone and user engagement.
  • Experience with programmatic ad buying and affiliate management is a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Flexibility in work arrangements (remote or hybrid options available).
