Qualifications

• Знание атрибуции, трекинга конверсий и цифровых метрик.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и реализация стратегии перформанс-маркетинга для портфеля брендов.
• Ведение кампаний в paid search, paid social, metasearch, programmatic и affiliate.
• Оптимизация кампаний через тестирование, сегментацию и улучшение конверсий.
• Управление и развитие команды из трёх Performance Marketing Executives.
• Выстраивание отношений с агентствами и оптимизация бюджета кампаний.
• Сотрудничество с Brand, Content, CRM, Revenue и Regional Marketing для интегрированных кампаний.
• Совместная работа с веб-командами над посадочными страницами для конверсий.
• Презентация результатов кампаний и рекомендаций стейкхолдерам и коммерческим командам.

Задачи

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across the PPHE portfolio to drive direct bookings, revenue, and commercial performance
• Lead campaigns across paid search, paid social, metasearch, programmatic, and affiliate marketing
• Optimise campaigns through testing, automation, audience segmentation, creative enhancements, and conversion rate improvements
• Own performance reporting and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Manage and develop a team of three Performance Marketing Executives
• Lead relationships with external agencies and optimise campaign delivery and budgets
• Partner with Brand, Content, CRM, Revenue, and Regional Marketing teams on integrated campaigns
• Work with web teams to optimise landing pages for campaign performance and conversion
• Identify new opportunities, emerging platforms, and industry trends
• Support the commercial performance of hotels, restaurants, bars, meetings, and events through targeted digital marketing
• Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and commercial teams

Требования

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media
• Hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, metasearch, programmatic, and affiliate marketing
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and campaigns across multiple markets or brands
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into commercial recommendations
• Experience managing and developing direct reports
• Knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, tagging, and digital measurement frameworks
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
• Proactive, innovative approach and a focus on testing and continuous improvement
• Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
