Четыре рабочих дня в лондонских офисах с возможной гибкостью, работа с Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads и Snapchat, аналитика CAC, CTR, CPM, а также взаимодействие с креативным отделом.

• Own paid social, paid search and display end to end, including setup, targeting, creative, copy and budget.
• Build and optimise campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Snapchat.
• Run PPC across Search, Shopping, Merchant Center and product feeds.
• Manage daily budget pacing through peak trading.
• Report on CAC, conversion rate, CPM, CTR and creative fatigue.
• Feed into creative briefs and concepts with the in-house studio.

Задачи

• Own paid social, paid search and display end to end, including setup, targeting, creative, copy and budget;
• Build and optimise campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Snapchat;
• Run PPC across Search, Shopping, Merchant Center and product feeds;
• Manage daily budget pacing through peak trading;
• Report on CAC, conversion rate, CPM, CTR and creative fatigue;

Требования

• Hands-on in-platform performance marketing experience rather than agency oversight;
• Strong experience in at least one of paid social, paid search or programmatic, with the appetite to run all three;
• Understanding of ecommerce and D2C purchase journeys;
• Take ownership, keep a cool head and confidently challenge rather than only execute;
• Nice to have: Amazon Ads experience.

Условия

• Freelance contract starting ASAP and running until the end of December;
• Strong possibility of extension or a permanent move in the new year;
• Four days a week in the London offices, with some flexibility.
