Job summary

Major Players | B Corp™ is recruiting a Freelance Performance Marketing Manager in London for a 3-month contract starting ASAP. You will own paid media end-to-end across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and PPC channels, with a £390/day rate and a four-day onsite week.

You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with an in-house creative team, adapting quickly to a fast-moving D2C brand. Extension or permanent move could follow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, in-platform performance marketing experience.
• Strong ability to own paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
• Experience with ecommerce/D2C purchase journeys and Amazon Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social, paid search and display end to end: setup, targeting, creative, copy and budget.
• Build and optimise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Snapchat.
• Run PPC across Search, Shopping, Merchant Center and product feeds.
• Manage budget pacing day to day through peak trading.
• Report CAC, conversion rate, CPM, CTR and creative fatigue.
• Feed into creative briefs and concepts with the in-house studio.
