The Role

Objectives

This role seeks a performance marketer with a proven track record in driving growth through paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. You will be responsible for increasing revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working full-time (40 hours/week) with at least 6 hours overlap with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid search and social strategies, create platform-specific ad creatives, optimise campaigns for ROI, and collaborate with sales for messaging alignment.
• Own the Complete Funnel: Generate leads, monitor funnel metrics, troubleshoot issues, and work with stakeholders to optimise performance.
• Budget Management: Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively.
• Testing: Implement A/B testing hypotheses to improve campaigns.
• Performance Reporting: Produce regular reports on campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Explore New Platforms: Identify new paid platform opportunities, experiment, and collaborate with creative teams to align messaging.

Key Performance Indicators

• Growth in dental cover sales month-on-month.
• ROI and customer lifetime value improvements.
• Optimisation of customer acquisition costs.
